Sit down or buffet. All catering needs, small and large. Knight's Catering is offering a "Special Duggan's Serra On-Site" catering rate for families who reserve the Duggan Reception Center. Please ask for a copy of the special catering menus. Catering from coffee and rolls to hot main dishes, various salad, rolls and desserts, delicious hors d'oeuvres. Caterers will work with your family's needs.

Pleasure Point Picnic - feeds 6-8

Waikiki Halfie. - feeds 6-8
X-large sandwiches cut in fifths plus a half size salad tray. Choose 3 sandwiches from gourmet or classic sandwiches.

Turtle Bay Salad Tray - choices: Chef salad, the Mesa, the Cabo, BBQ Chicken salad, Tuna salad, Super salad with various dressings available. Call for more information.

Most sandwiches come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, peppers, and onions unless specified. Bread options French or wheat rolls. Cheese choices: cheddar, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, pepper jack, provolone or Swiss.

Tables are set with tablecloths, condiments, mirror tiles and hurricane lamps. The silverware will be rolled in linen napkins and placed on the buffet table. Coffee cups & water glasses will be set on the coffee and water station. If you wish to bring a cake or pastries we will set a table for them.
